Everything was done with confidence and politeness.

Unfortunately, Prisma has removed all interaction other than during actual office visit. Even asking a question apparently goes into some nurse pool somewhere & someone eventually responds. First visit with this dr but the Prisma system has decreased from what I was accustomed to previously. Maybe competition will force improvement.

My doctor is very intelligent, tactful, and highly knowledgeable. I feel truly fortunate that he is my treating physician. He makes the right decisions and has helped me a lot with my health issues. My doctor is the best doctor in the world!

patient rooms need cleaning and/or upgrade (paint) - very old and windows had webs and dust on blinds.

Nothing that a fresh from a internship will have to learn from more years of experience.

I don't think there was anything that could have been done to improve the respect or the treatment. I felt very well treated at my appointment. I just wanted to comment that everyone there was really nice and really respectful, like so much so that I even told them to their face while I was there. So thank you for your service.

I was impressed with the office and staff. As a prior healthcare worker myself, I feel the staff and doctor were very professional. The office was extremely calming and the staff was very friendly and engaging. Overall great morale and experience.
