Meghan Martin, NP, joined Prisma Health in April 2022. Martin completed her undergraduate nursing education at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. She then attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she completed her doctoral degree to become a family nurse practitioner. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and working closely with them as partners in their healthcare. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking and spending time with her spouse and two dogs.

    This is a positive response. I just wanted to say I love the care I get from Megan Martin. And there was a student in there, I think in the student shadow or something. Anyway, I'm sorry I can't remember her name. Anyway, she was great and thorough as well. So I just wanted to leave a positive response. Thank you.

    Nurse didn't seem to have access to info I provided on a previous visit when I brought a list of all vitamins/meds along with dosages I was taking. Unfortunately, I didn't bring that list with me this visit so couldn't answer all her questions.

    My experience at Pelham Family Medicine has been nothing but outstanding. Every person working there is professional and kind. I have every confidence in their treatment and concerns for my specific needs. I have established a patient/doctor relationship with the nurse my nurse practitioner. She always listens to my concerns and holds me accountable on those things which we have discussed as to my responsibilities in follow-up appointments etc.
