The reception was not, the receptionist I should say. Initially, when I got to the office for my visit was not very interesting or very interested in me or anything else. Just didn't like the way she handled herself or was just not friendly.

I believe the doctor had good intentions, but he has a very off putting communication style that made me feel ill at ease.

Hire more drs like him

I was delighted with all the people. Dr Brenner was just what I'd hoped for ... really! The facility was lovely. I left so happy that I had finally found a place I felt like I belonged.

My visit was handled very professionally, and I was treated with respect and courtesy. All of my questions and concerns were addressed as well. I cannot think of any improvements that are needed at this time.

If all my visits are like this one all will be good.

I was asked for same information by both nurse and doctor even though nurse recorded my responses on her computer. I especially appreciated that (1) the nurse wore a mask and (2) the doctor patiently and non-judmentally answered my questiond about right-to-die (in case of terminal illness) resources.
