Dr. Ashley knows my full medical history and is very in tune to what is needed next. Also has a great personality. I'm very happy with him as my primary physician.

When we arrived the receptionist said we were there only for labs. We said "no" we had an MD app't. We went back and forth only to learn there was someone in the waiting area with our surname. We did get it straightened out after several back and forths.

Nothing. Everything was good.

We have two sources, for prescriptions, one for 90 days or more, and one for less than 90 days or trial. Sometimes, they send prescriptions to the wrong source.

My care is great there, and can't think of anymore they can do to improve!

this was a yearly physical appt and all that was concentrated on was telling me what vaccines I should get, not how I was doing or if anything might be wrong. Not like the physicals I have received in the past before Prisma took over this office. I feel like for what was done I didn't even need to see a Dr.

Echecking is cumbersome process for elderly patients. Call from the nurse works better.

Mental illness needs with in Prisma health. Should be better than are currently. Those who are dealing with mental illnesses are not getting the support that they are needing. I my self am not receiving the support needed. Doctor's and therapist don't stay long with in Prisma Health before moving on to a different Health provider.
