I ended up having a different NP who was very helpful during the exam and was going to pass along my PT specialty and location request to Matthew. However, the notes in mychart didn't say anything about where or who the referral went to, so I called the office to find out and ended up having to send a mychart message to find out if Matthew had referred someone according to my requests for someone who specialized in running and who was on the eastside. I learned he instead sent a general referral to Roger C peace downtown. So I called RCP, and they talked with me about what I was hoping to find and said that I should have my referral instead sent to ATI on the eastside of town, which I did. I was then seen this morning. I resolved the issue quickly once I realized it was necessary, but the lack of communication and listening to my concerns was frustrating.

The nurse had no personality whatsoever. Barely spoke to me. Didn't discuss typical medication review. Just asked why I was there. Did bare minimum. Didn't introduce herself, just walked out of the room and left me hanging... clearly she didn't want to be there...
