You could stop sending so much spam. Every time I walk in the office, I check in. I get a notification I just checked in. When I leave, I get a notification I checked out. It's to the point where I almost want to block charisma from my text messages. They don't tell me anything. I only receive a message that I have something in MyChart. There's never been any kind of, nobody's ever kind of showed me how to use MyChart. And it's just a pain in the ass. I hate the MyChart. Prefer if a human being called me once in a while. Thank you.

Everything went very well. I made an appointment online, which was actually for the next day, however the front desk put a lot of effort into making sure I could be seen that day due to an acute illness. I am grateful to the front desk and Cathy Merrell for getting me so I could receive much-needed meds and helping me avoid going to urgent care.

I was treated very well.

Waited for the phlebotomist to come and draw blood. I was the last and only patient left in the office. I had to open the door 20 minutes later and ask if someone was coming to draw blood. Where le I heard chatter going on outside my door at the nurses station.
