Just didn't think the dr really cared and I brought him things to talk about. He said he would read them later (he did briefly read them-they were long). But then he told me to diet and come back in a year. I have major health issues and swelling. I don't know what to do. I feel like no Dr's in this state care about patients with complex issues.

Yes. For those that need our request it, we would like dietary options for our cases.

The staff showed exteme lack of working together. As if none of them had a single goal of making patients welcomed or taken care of. If it wasn't their specific duty, they didn't care to help. There was a vibe in the office of " not my job , not my problem". This is a recent observation in the last 3 months.

The one way to gain my trust and respect and my care is to be on time. Y'all choose the appointment time, not me. But when I get there, I continually wait every time, sometimes between 20, 45, 60 minutes. You ask me to be respectful when I get there, and I am, but I have to wait. I either have to take time off work or use my lunch hour. for y'all to not see me on time. When you choose an appointment time, be on time. It's only courteous and respectful to others. Thank you.

Answer the phone when someone calls. And provide adequate seating in the exam room.

I just feel like my doctor wasn't understanding about how I feel. It was mostly because I'm obese. I need to lose weight and this and that. And she's just not really understanding of how I hurt and how I feel in my body. And it was basically just minimized, like, I don't know, like it's, really nothing, and I just feel like he should have been more understanding and more professional. So I didn't look to see if I could have one, because I'm just not, I don't feel comfortable no more with him.

Everything was ok - this is the first time I saw Dr. Benitez and the nurse. They were both professional, respectful and kind.

I'm perfectly satisfied. Everyone seemed to do their jobs very well. The Doctor remembered our last visit very well and was very attentive to my needs. He answered my questions regarding vaccinations.
