    Nothing, everything was great. I really appreciate everyone there. Jenna Allen is always pleasant to talk to, and I feel she listens to me, and does what needs to be done to resolve my health issues.

    No problem with respect for my race. Problem: medical assistant took me to a room where the paper on the table was soiled & she didn't use sanitizer before pulling clean paper . She didn't wash her hands. The provider failed to discuss my cost of the medical / radiology tests prescribed and failed to discuss were there other less expensive options. I was shocked by the expensive cost of the medical test that she prescribed.

    Jenna was amazing and "investigated" when, what and why medications were being prescribed or I was taken off of. She looked at my labs too see how they were trending with the medications. I was genuinely impressed and would highly recommend her.

    I was just told I didn't need to come back unless my symptoms got worse, or go to the ER. I was not given any treatment or advice regarding my swollen ankles, chest tightness or shortness of breath. I got xray ekg blood draw. I informed the npn that I didn't have insurance and would have later in Nov.. this visit cost me over $674 and I left with nothing to help me. Disappointed.

    I can't think of anything everyone was so nice and polite. Nurse Jenna Allen was great she listen went over everything and explained things in simple easy to understand instructions of what was happening and what our course of action we would do to get me to better health . And the lab techs were so nice ,polite and friendly. I didn't even feel it when she stuck me to get blood samples. All in all a wonderful experience from beginning to end .

    I had no problems with anyone at my appointment, none with people, none with providing information and all, and I can't see any way, thinking about it, that anything could have been improved. It was just, it was spot on. Thank you.
