Yes, I think they could do better on the nurses line. I've called my doctor for two weeks, left messages, sent them to MyChart. I don't know if the nurses aren't giving it to him, but he never is able to call me back. And I think that is ridiculous and we need help because we don't call our doctor unless we need him. So I do think that could be 100% improved. Thank you.

Nothing more can be done than was already done during my visit. They were absolutely wonderful to me and Dr. Patterson is the best Dr in Laurens County in my opinion.

Dr. Patterson had a new nurse. I can't remember her name. She was not friendly or kind at all. I asked Dr. Patterson about her, and he said that, I said, I don't like her. And he said, well, you're not the only one. But all his nurses are usually so kind and always wanting to help, but mine, she wasn't. She was a whole different story. Okay.

I have been going's to Laurens Family Practice for forty years. Dr. Patterson is my primary physician and I have been seeing him for 40 years. He is the best. He is always listening to my needs and will remain his patient as long as he is practicing medicine.

Need to stop seeing husband and wife in the same room at the same time.. they need to have the patient doctor confidentiality.. sometimes issues can't be addressed with a controlling (abusive) partner in the room.
