I would like to be seen in reasonable time. I had a 4 PM appointment. I didn't get called from the waiting room until 4:50. The nurse did the info but then I didn't see the Dr till 5:15! If it was reversed, & I was that late I would not have been seen!

I just want to say that I've always been treated good in Grey Court by Dr. Kiser and the nurses and they make me pretty well feel at home there. They always get a quick response when I call. Thank you.

It would be helpful if when you call over to the office that there is someone that would immediately answer the telephone to take your questions or you're directed. That would help and cut down on time. And plus it would erase some of the confusion as you're trying to get to the doctor and you need to speak to someone immediately.

Nothing. I didn't even go in for a health issue, I needed dr. Kiser to write me a note to complete my CDL MEDICAL CARD. But I ended up feeling better about other things I was going through. I know he doesn't know me from Adam probably, but he doesn't know how much I needed the encouragement he gave! Thank you Dr.Kiser and staff.
