Everything passed my expectations

Everything was wonderful there. It's a great office, great staff, great physicians. I just wanted to say I think I hit a wrong number on the very first question. It should have been a four instead of a one.

The office really needs some upgrade(painting etc.) empty shelves are dusty.

I dont know I really happy so far with my doctor and everyone at her office

Beeler did a great job

The nurse practitioner (Beeler), receptionist at check out and the lab tech who drew my blood were absolutely incredible! Everything far exceeded my expectations as a new patient

I called the office and spoke to a nurse because I still wasn't feeling well and had questions and was told that someone would call. I NEVER GOT THE CALL! I called again this time no answer. I also sent a message through my chart. I'd just like for someone to reach back out if im calling telling you Im hurting and that the medication wasn't working. To me it's not a good look especially when Im trusting these people with my health.

No complaints.. this was a first visit and all went smoothly

I had no problems with my visit. I felt very confident in what my nurse practitioner was telling me. I have been seeing her for a number of years. She's very honest with me. I can ask her anything I want to. So I had no problems with anything. And, you know, my visit went great. So I have no complaints. Thank you.

Allow the NP to write controlled prescriptions so I dont have to come see a MD as well.

No improvement needed. Dr. Beeler is always thorough and is very concerned about my well-being. She was very proud of my weight loss. She follows up on past medical problems I have had. I'm very comfortable with her and she is my favorite doctor.

No suggestions. I received exemplary care and fully trust Kristi.

The checkout area was closed and the receptionist was checking folks out and was supposed to schedule a sonogram or ultrasound for me. She didn't and I forgot to mention it to her. Need to get it scheduled and have notified Dr. Beeler.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the care I received and the care provided by Kristi Beeler. She is a real caring person and do not hesitate to get your information and act on whatever the situation is or ailment may be. If she can't give an accurate diagnosis, she will refer you to the proper specialist.

Billing system needs improvement for people who do not have insurance. I pay on my bill every month, sometimes twice a month but still had a bill sent to collection. Not good business practice for people who are paying their bill.

Do not overbook providers. Had to reschedule appointment due to overbooking prior to this appointment. Failure to call me when requested a prescription weeks before to telle I needed to make appointment for a new script Had to visit the office to find out that an appointment was needed. I left 2 voicemail and a nurse left one and no one followed up to let me know what was required.
