My visit with the doctor went very well. The staff was very polite. Dr. Childers took his time listening to my health concerns. I know this because that evening I read the clinical report in my chart and everything we discussed during my visit was noted in his notes.

My doctor needs more time to talk to me about my medications. I can tell he is being rushed and not by his choice. I feel that Dr. Childers is among the best of the best.

Perhaps more explanation as to why the procedures are done. I still like the provider. I just think need more explanation of why we're doing things. Thank you.

The wait time at this facility is typically quite long. I waited approximately 45 minutes during this visit and probably about the same amount during previous visit. Earlier visits seemed to have lower wait times. Suggest adjusting scheduling algorithm to better align appointment times with available staff etc.

Listen to me and respect my input! Don't have me sit in the room and listen to the nurse repeat all of my information back to you. I sit there and listen to the two of you have a conversation about me and I have no input. Why am I there if you are not going to talk to me about my health concerns?
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/24/2025
Nothing at all! Dr. Childers and his team are incredibly supportive, attentive, and genuinely care about their patients. They treat you like family and show the utmost respect. What truly sets them apart is that they actually listen-your concerns, questions, and input are heard and valued.
