Not sure how to answer. It's just a great visit all over

Keep up the great care .

When calling for a post hospital follow up, so not tell me there's not a single appointment for 3-4 weeks available with my primary care doctor and the only advise they can offer is to see another doctor at the practice. What is the point of having a primary care doctor if I call to make a very much needed appointment after a lengthy hospital stay and I'm told, no you can see someone else of you need to see yours faster. There were several sick appointments both that day and I'm the best future that were available. I could have lied and said I was sick to get a chance to discuss my hospitalization and the multitude of problems found during that stay, but I shouldn't have to do that.

I was totally happy with my treatment. No need to change anything for me

Friendlier customer service at registration desk, and they not be occupied on their cell phones.. they are quick to dismiss u so they can get back to being entertained on their cell phones.

Completely satisfied with the service the it is.

Point out when conversations with the doctor are outside of the year physical appointment.

The phlebotomist could not draw my blood. The nurse that he asked to help could also not draw my blood. They were nice and apologetic, but I still have to go out of my way to get my blood drawn, elsewhere.

Lauren was excellent and explained that the Progesterone medication I had been prescribed could be causing the numbness and tingling throughout my body. She advised to stop taking the medication. I was elated to get an appointment right away. I believe this medication could also be the reason my migraines have worsened. Again, thanks so much for the help.

The office visit could not have gone any better. Dr. Glass is awesome. I changed PCP's because my last Dr was rude, non caring and didn't listen to me or ask appropriate questions.
