She was running about 1 hr behind schedule so there was a lot of waiting. Appointment was good.

I am pleased with the standard of care provided .

I thought the doctor could have took interest in my ailments and when ask if they could take a look, I had the feeling that they didn't know what to look for and was told to make another appointment .

Visit was 100% fulfilled.

At some visits, there is definitely need for more time with the doctor. 20 minutes sometime is just not enough!

My appointment was for 3:40pm. I got there at 3:20pm. They called everyone else that got there after me and I didn't get seen until 4:20pm. The nurse took forever to provided me with the vaccine i needed. They had to let me out because they had already closed so I wasn't able to set the follow up appointment.

Wait was WAY too long. You make such a big deal about getting there 15 minutes early and then I don't see the doctor for over an hour. This isn't a one off - it's every time. So disrespectful. What's wrong with you people?

I think they should be flexible when Simeone arrives 10' minutes late, either due to work or traffic

I had a new primary doctor here today and she was very knowledgeable about my issues. She was extremely supportive and very helpful in our conversation! I really appreciate having her as my new primary and looking forward to seeing her again!

Everything was excellent, from care to personal respect. Couldn't have asked for better.

The lady checking out isn't very courteous and doesn't speak to customers on a regular basis. Instead, she has a very arrogant attitude. They also took a long time to get my appointment. I waited 40 minutes past my supposed start time, and I had still arrived 15 minutes early. Total on wait time 1 hour.

None. Dr. Salas- Meyers, is a great Dr. She listens to all your aches and pains and always has a smile. She seems young ; but her demeanor, reminds of old time Drs. She cares for her patients .

The Simpsonville location is always very helpful friendly and smiling people I feel comfortable there

We discussed that I would be receiving two prescriptions. However, when I arrived at the Pharmacy only one was sent. I called the office twice to let them know. Two days later I still haven't received the 2nd medication. I've never had any issues with this office. I'm assuming maby the Doctor decided not to send it. I'm really not sure. Other than that my visit was pleasant.
