The office lady seemed to be new and didn't know how to schedule and another woman quickly came to help her. After the needed help everything was good. It was good to see them helping where it was needed and with a sense of urgency.

Nothing, everything went well and everyone was professional and friendly. Dr. Dillon is a very knowledgeable and provided excellent care during this visit.

No, everyone was so friendly and helpful to me. I have one of the best doctors. I have been coming to Doctor Dillon for years. I hope he will be there for me a few more years.

The girl at reception (behind the glass) could be more personal and less of a machine without seeming to care at all. She never looked at me to know who I was. Everyone in the back was excellent!

Did a perfect job

Lab tech was almost too social with patients, which created a backlog waiting. That could be improved. Other than that, everything was great! Awesome practice.

My care from Dr. Dillon has always been excellent but the wait time is also always extensive, waiting up to an hour each visit.

I waited 45 minutes in the room before being seen

FYI, I called 3x the day b4 I was able to get the appointment and the phone just rang. No one answered and no voicmail option. The following day I had no problem and was able to get an appointment for the same day.

I have had 2 experience with the front reception nurses they have been rude and short when they talk to you. Most people come to the doctor office when you don't feel good and the last thing you want to deal with is a rude and short curt front nurse.
