Dr. Lombardi was especially nice to me and took time with me and I really appreciated that.

I really don't know what else I could suggest since all my visits are wonderful, I really like being treated by Dr. Lombardy, she is great.

I was satisfied with the service and support provided.

Actually listen to my concerns and not passing the buck to another specialist. Stop blaming depression! Super disappointed, I thought she was different. She said she was going to get to the bottom of my problems and the next appointment was dismissive.

Everything was fine and on time. Dr Lombardi and all the nurses were terrific!

The only negative was the bathroom. It was as clean as an older much used bathroom could be. I know that is very minor, but it was the only negative during my visit. On a positive note, I wanted to say something about Dr. Lombardi. She is wonderful! Knowledgeable. Caring. Friendly with great bedside manner. It was my first time seeing her and I was very impressed. I've seen many doctors in my life and she ranks in my top 3.

Dr Lombardi is just wonderful. She listens & explains her thinking when it comes to my health & what steps to take. Her staff is friendly & efficient. The only thing I'm concerned about now are any charges I have encured. I have not been asked for a co-payment the last 2 visits plus I had an EKG done on 12/02. I don't want to be surprised by a large bill that needs to be paid immediately! I will call the facility to find out.

Dr.Lombardi was very respectful and knowledgeable about my issue.The nurse was awesome and the office personal were very friendly and polite.

Reception could be more understanding to people that have a hearing problem especially when they've been told about the issue and to speak up.

Nothing really , the entire staff was pleasant and the dr very communicative and clear. Every one did a wonderful job. And even though I am a compulsively early person and prepared to wait , there is never a long wait time at Simpsonville Family Medicine. It was a pleasure meeting my new dr .

Dr. Lombardi was very nice, energetic and interested in the reason why I needed the knee replacement surgery completed. She kept me fully informed about her actions and offered any support I need to get the pre-surgery completed.

Less time waiting for Doctors

When I checked out, I had to remind the woman at the desk to print out the form, for me to give me give permission, to get my records former doctors office. Otherwise everything else was fine.

For some reason I was charged 75 for copayment, my copay is 50

Everyone was great. They were very helpful. Dr. Lombardi showed a lot of concern and she tried to take as long as she could with me. I guess the only thing I can say is you need more help. You know, to have to wait six weeks to come back for, you know, for what you saw me for last week, it was no one's fault. It's just that you really need to have more help if you can. But anyway, you guys are great. Thank you. Bye.

No more suggestions from me! I was new to Dr. Lombardi and she was new to me; but I liked her and she was very good to talk to. She explained things I questioned and offered some suggestions.

Install a body scan scale that uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to estimate various body composition metrics beyond just weight.
